Super Freddy
Indianapolis Colts rookie Freddy Keiaho, a third-round draft pick from San Diego State, enjoyed the Super Bowl week with the AFC champions.
San Diego football fans missed their chance to enjoy the Super Bowl through the Chargers, but Indianapolis Colts rookie linebacker Freddie Keiaho provided a San Diego presence for the NFL title game in Miami.
Keiaho, an All-Mountain West Conference first-team pick for San Diego State in 2005, played for the Colts against the Chicago Bears Sunday in Super Bowl XLI.
Keiaho has recorded 14 tackles on special teams and nine defensive tackles while on the field in a backup linebacker role in the regular season. The 5-11, 226-pound Keiaho was a third-round draft pick by the Colts.
