Shelley's final numbers
For the third time in four seasons, the CIF San Diego Section boys basketball scoring career record was broken. Crawford High's Tyrone Shelley scored 42 points in his final game as the Colts lost to St. Augustine on Feb. 28 in a Division III semifinal game. Shelley, a 6-foot-7 forward, is committed to Pepperdine.
